Hi everyone,
I’m about to self-publish my book and need advice on affordable book printing services options. I’ve seen different methods like digital printing, offset printing, and print-on-demand, but I’m unsure which is best in terms of cost, quality, and distribution.
I’ve come across Barter. Books Publishers, and they seem to offer high-quality printing services. Has anyone worked with them before? Would you recommend professional book printing over print-on-demand services like Amazon KDP?
I’d love to hear your experiences—what worked best for your book and why? Any tips on paper quality, binding, or cover finishes?
Thanks in advance!

When I was looking into the best printing options for self-published authors, I found myself overwhelmed with all the technical details—formats, paper types, distribution channels, etc. That’s when I realized I didn’t just need a printer; I needed a full publishing service that could make the whole process easier. After doing some digging, I came across multiple services that really simplify things for authors like us. One that stood out was Web of Science Publication Experts, they offer end-to-end support, from formatting and design to printing and even indexing. It made the process way less stressful and helped me focus more on writing than logistics. Highly recommend exploring options like that!
