What is workshop All B-end product/demand analysis students must be familiar with the term workshop. Its Chinese name is demand interview meeting. Personally, I am not familiar with C-end products. This article only talks about personal experience in interviews with B-end products. This article is suitable for product students aged 0-3. Generally speaking, workshop refers to a face-to-face demand communication meeting on a certain topic, which is used to communicate the business phone number list status and pain points, and to initially evaluate the feasibility and plan of the demand, and to communicate the preliminary plan. General members include: business product manager Architect/Senior Developer A good workshop should at least do the following: Make decisions on key business processes and key demand points; Evaluate the feasibility of requirements, and form a preliminary plan that is satisfactory to all parties for simple requirements; Identify and eliminate unreasonable demands (for example, demands that have no logic or business support that may actually occur, that the production ratio is too low, and that cause project risks); Form clear meeting minutes/requirements document.
